The controller will automatically perform a comprehensive self-check during the device's idle period, including sensor calibration, algorithm optimization, and software and hardware integrity checks. Moreover, with the development of technology and the emergence of new fault types, the fault database and repair algorithm are updated in time to adapt to the ever-changing operating environment.

In addition, the remote monitoring and maintenance function also provides strong support for fault diagnosis and repair. Managers can remotely connect to the magazine smart controller through the network to view the equipment status and fault information in real time, and remotely start the repair program or guide the on-site maintenance personnel to operate when necessary, which greatly improves the efficiency of fault handling.
